Not too late to become an expert

The folks at Creating Passionate Users are reporting some findings on how the brain works. Apparently it’s never too late to become a prodigy (or at least “pretty good”) at anything you want. The trick is that you really have to want it. Which means it won’t come easy.

If I was living on Mars, with its extra 40 minutes a day, I would probably pick up drums again.

Since I’m here on Earth with our ridiculously short days, I’ll stick to trying to be a decent programmer.
